Registration fees

All delegates must register for the congress.

Registration fees are as follows (21% Belgian VAT included):

The full registration and young registration fees include:

  • entrance to plenary lectures, symposia, educational workshops, poster sessions and exhibition
  • possibility to submit abstracts
  • certificate of attendance
  • coffee and tea service during intermissions
  • Brussels travel card
  • Opening Ceremony (Sunday, 18 May 2025)
  • Closing Ceremony (Thursday, 22 May 2025)

 

The day registration fee includes, for the day of registration only:

  • entrance to plenary lectures, symposia, educational workshops, poster sessions and exhibition
  • certificate of attendance
  • coffee and tea service during intermissions

And in addition:

  • Opening Ceremony (Sunday, 18 May 2025)
  • Closing Ceremony (Thursday, 22 May 2025)

Remittance

Registration fees shall be paid by credit card or bank transfer (within 5 days) through the on-line system available on the congress web site.

When paying by bank transfer, a copy of the transfer receipt must be sent to [email protected]. Registrations without proof of payment will not be accepted.

On-site registrations can be paid only by credit card or cash. Cheques will not be accepted.

Registration fees and charges for all events related to the IFCC-EFLM EuroMedLab Brussels 2025 Congress must be paid in euros.

Invoicing

Invoicing and name changing

When filling out the online registration form the Secretariat strongly recommend to pay particular attention to the Invoicing page.

Before registering, carefully check who the invoice shall be headed to and make sure you have all relevant information:

  • header
  • address
  • VAT code
  • fiscal code (for Italians only)
  • PO number (if required)

Make sure the invoice details/name spelling you are going to indicate are the correct ones. In case of requests for data corrections and/or invoice re-issuing due to wrong data submission, the Organising Secretariat will apply a fee of € 50,00 for each new document re-issued, which shall be paid in advanced.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected]

The amount equal to 80% of the fee paid will be refunded for cancellations received by 15 March 2025.

Until 30 April 2025 a refund of 50% of the fee will be granted.

After 30 April 2025 no refunds will be issued.

All refunds will be paid in euros after the congress.

Liability

Liability and insurance

Registration fees do not include the insurance of participants against personal accidents, sickness and cancellations by any party, theft, loss or damage to personal possessions. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, cancellation and personal effects.
